Hey there!  My nam is Quincey and I'm a friendly fellow!   My foster mom says I'm part dog cause I follow her everywhere.  I don't want to miss anything!   I was found outside but since I've been at my foster mom's house I'm not interested in the doors.  I'm very happy and feel secure for the first time in quite a while.    When someone found me I was so skinny, but now I'm filling out nicely!!   I love being petted and am interested in the wand toy.  I chirtle and talk to you but not constantly.  Just when I want something.....like wet food!!
