CHIP is one of 4 kittens rescued from a mall parking lot in Cleveland TX.
He was fully loaded with fleas, but overall great health.
He has a deep soul. When you hold him he maintains eye contact. He watches your every move. The good thing is he is learning to trust.
Once he breaks through that barrier he will be a great little boy!
